1) Cottonwood Creek Doodles cannot guarantee estimated size ranges, mature coat coloration, eye color etc. We will provide information and weights on each parent dog although exact adult size can vary despite our best estimate.
2) By completing this form you agree that your $500 puppy reservation fee is non-refundable once contracts/invoices have gone out and will be due at the time of reservation in order to secure your chosen puppy. Puppy reservation fees (along with any previous waitlist deposits, if any) will go towards the final purchase price of your new puppy. Invoices for final balances will be sent via QuickBooks before your puppy's go-home window.
3) By completing this form you understand that your future puppy is to be sold on a strict spay/neuter contract and is not to be used for breeding unless discussed prior.
